Survey & Inspection Services
Third Party commodity survey & inspection services are needed to ensure a healthy trade between two parties involved in a contract with regards to “Quality & Quantity”. Our Inspection services are present worldwide at refineries terminals and storage installations both on and offshore. Our Experienced resident inspectors keep clients advised throughout loading/discharge operations and also provide local information and advice. We employ technically qualified and professional personnel and are involved only in the field of cargo surveying and technical service inspections. We are not a part of a larger group or organization involved in any other activities that could possibly be construed to affect our impartiality or independence. Our reports are accepted by the major oil corporations, international commodity trading houses, government departments, P & I clubs, attorneys and international underwriters.
Petrochemical Cargo Inspection
In petrochemical and chemical bulk commodity cargo inspection, surveying, measurement, and testing. RI reports, produced by experienced coordinators, chemists and inspectors, help clients to protect their financial interests during cargo storage, transport, custody transfer and other business activities.
Petroleum Cargo Inspection

Agricultural Services Inspection
Our inspection services help shippers, traders, assess the quality, quantity and integrity of their products, On behalf of our clients we want to satisfy ourselves prior to loading of the fitness of the cargo holds or containers for carrying agricultural products. We act as monitors of the loading, unloading and weighing operations, check the calibration of the scales and validity of their license plaques and draw samples for tests.
Mineral Inspection and Surveying/ Sampling (on site)
Weighing and inspection for conformity, sampling, sample preparation and testing processes, are completed to international standards for certification. Mineral commodities inspected include iron ore, manganese ore, chrome ore, coal and pet-coke, ferro alloys, steel products, and metallurgical product.
When attending vessels or sampling procedures, our surveyors are designated to attend onboard /on-site) at commencement of the loading/discharge operation and to remain on the vessel/on-site and in attendance until completion of the operation.

Bunker Quantity Surveys (BQS)
Inspectorate can provide Bunker Quantity Surveys around the globe by IFIA / Energy Institute (formerly IP) certified surveyors operating under a certified quality system.
